Privacy policy

1. Data controller

ReciboListo is an application developed by Ruben Alvarez Gonzalez. The app stores receipt data in a secure cloud infrastructure (Supabase) protected with row-level access policies.

2. What data is processed

ReciboListo processes the data you generate inside the application:

• Receipt image captured with the camera
• Data extracted from the receipt (merchant, amount, currency, date)
• Action linked to the receipt (description and, if applicable, due date)
• Status of each receipt (pending, processed, archived) and each action (pending, completed, deferred)
• Basic account data: identifier, email and name supplied by Apple or Google when you sign in

3. Where your data is stored

Your receipts and actions are stored in a PostgreSQL database managed by Supabase. Every table is protected with Row Level Security: our policies guarantee that only the owning user can read or modify their records — not even us as service operators.

Receipt images are kept in private storage linked to your account, under the same access restrictions.

4. Third-party access

We do not share, sell or transfer your receipts to anyone. The only external services used are:

• Supabase: Encrypted storage and authentication. The only backend the application uses.
• Apple Sign-In / Google Sign-In: To create or sign in to your account. We only access your identifier and associated email to create your profile.
• OCR service: Receipt recognition is performed by an image-processing service. The image is sent encrypted, the ticket data is extracted and the service's temporary copy is discarded.

5. Analytics and tracking

The mobile app does not use cookies or advertising trackers. We do not sell your data to advertisers or third parties.

On this website we use Google Tag Manager with Consent Mode v2. Analytics cookies are denied by default and only fire if you give explicit consent through the banner.

6. Your rights

You have full control over your data. You can:

• View all your receipts and actions from the app at any time
• Edit or delete any receipt or action from inside the app
• Request full deletion of your account and all associated receipts

7. Data deletion

From the app settings you can delete your account. When you do, your profile, your receipts, your actions and the associated images are removed from our database via foreign-key cascade in a matter of seconds.

If for some reason you prefer not to use the app, you can also write to our contact email and we will proceed with manual deletion within 30 days at the latest.
