1. Acceptance of terms
By downloading, installing or using ReciboListo, you agree to these terms of use. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.
2. Description of service
ReciboListo is a mobile application for iOS and Android (coming soon to the App Store and Google Play) that turns every receipt into a single action: capture the ticket, receive a linked action and mark it as completed or defer it.
The application is free. Features marked as "coming soon" on this website (rewards, cashback, export, smart deadlines with notifications, on-device analysis) are part of our roadmap and will be enabled in later releases.
3. Account and authentication
To use ReciboListo you need to sign in with your Apple ID or your Google account. There are no sign-ups with a self-managed password. You are responsible for keeping the Apple or Google account you use to access ReciboListo secure.
4. Appropriate use
ReciboListo is designed for personal receipt management. You must not:
- Attempt to access other users' receipts or accounts
- Modify, decompile or reverse-engineer the application
- Use the application for illegal, fraudulent or large-scale automated purposes
- Upload content that is not a receipt or document related to your own purchases
5. Your data
You are the sole owner of the receipts you record in ReciboListo. Your data is stored in a database protected by row-level access policies bound to your account. See our privacy policy for more details.
6. Actions, deadlines and merchants
The actions ReciboListo suggests from each receipt (return, claim warranty, archive) are indicative and are based on the information extracted from the ticket. It is the user's responsibility to verify the applicable conditions and exercise each right with the relevant merchant, manufacturer or platform.
7. Limitation of liability
ReciboListo is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service or 100% accuracy of automatic receipt recognition. We are not responsible for missed returns, expired warranties or unclaimed purchase opportunities caused by detection errors or service interruptions.
8. Changes
We may update these terms occasionally. We will notify you of significant changes through the application. Continued use after changes implies acceptance of the new terms.
